At our next meeting, you will be given a written estimate of cost and at that time we can clarify any questions we both may have about the project. Upon signing the construction agreement with payment structure, the project begins. We handle all work permits and align our team of tradesmen to work systematically so the job is done right and in a timely manner. Each of our team members will maintain a clean workspace and will do their best not to disturb you while working in your home. Periodically, we will have several walk thoughs to talk about any changes and updates to the project. At our final walk through, we will discuss any final details to ensure that we complete all work to your satisfaction.
